1. Metal Substrate

1.1 Alloy: WG-C4S* acc. to Novelis designation EN AW-5754 [AlMg3] acc. to EN 573-3 With tighter tolerances AA 5754 acc. to international designation

1.2 Temper: H44 acc. to Novelis designation, with reference to EN 1396 (WG-53S)

1.3 Mechanical Properties (transverse to rolling direction): according to internal standard, EN1396 and EN 10002-1 Tensile strength Rm : 220 - 260 MPa Proof stress RP0, 2 : 165 - 200 MPa Elongation A50 : 9%

2. Coatings

2.1 Pretreatment: Degreasing and chemical pretreatment on both sides according to internal standard.

2.2 Front: Antigrafitti (Clearky 105) Fluorpolymer : (35 μm (+/- 3 μm) The set-up for the available colour spectrum is always a 4-layer paint system. Layer thickness: approx. 38 μm. Gloss (at 60° angle acc. to Gardner): dull to shiny colours (max. approx. 60 units)

2.3 Colours: according to Novelis colour chart or on special request.

2.4 Reverse: protective lacquer Thickness: approx. 3-4 μm
