Update on SCELC Shared Print Project

• Feasibility study for SCELC shared print project, with extensive consulting from Lizanne Payne, was completed successfully in 2015

• Nine libraries participated in the pilot, using IntotaAssessment for collection analysis

• Bob Kieft continues to coordinate our project as a consultant

• Bob has worked with a subgroup of our shared print working group to develop an MOU and FAQ

Update on SCELC Shared Print Project (2)

• To implement the agreement a new Shared Print Operating Group (SPOG) will provide coordination and leadership

• These shared print documents will be available on the revamped SCELC website in January

• A call for participation will go out to SCELC membership• Discussions between SCELC and ProQuest continue as

ProQuest further develops its group analytics capabilities
