the year 2008-09.16 more countries have been included in the process recently in

the Arab world & Africa, Burkina Faso.28 country reports are uploaded on the website, process is on in

remaining countriesThe average score on all the 15 indicators for the 28 countries is

82.8/150, ranging from 124.5 for Sri Lanka and 121.5 for Malawi to a low of 32.5 for Taiwan.
