It is the world's second-largest and second most-populous continent, after Asia.
Although abundant in natural resources, Africa remains the world's poorest and most underdeveloped continent.
A Harvard University study showed that Africa could easily feed itself, if only it had decent governance

North America's extensive agricultural lands (especially in Canada and the United States) are a result of the interrelationship of favorable climatic conditions, fertile soils, and technology.
It produces most of the world's corn, meat, cotton, soybeans, tobacco, and wheat, along with a variety of other food and industrial raw material crops
Mineral resources are also abundant;

It is ranked as the 19th largest importer and 19th largest exporter.
In the past two decades, Australia has enjoyed a period of uninterrupted economic growth
Australia's economy is dominated by its services sector, yet it is the agricultural and mining sectors that account for the bulk of Australia's exports.3
Australia's comparative advantage in the export of primary products is a reflection of the natural wealth of the Australian continent and its small domestic market
