Passes Required:
• Property owner cards, membership cards, visitor passes and/or dash car passes are required. Memberships can be purchased at the POA
• Visitor passes can be obtained at rental companies, real estate companies, the Chamber of Commerce or the POA Visitor Center
County Ordinances: Go to HSVPOA.org to read all policies in detail and/or Arkansas Game & Fish Commission for
full hunting and fishing policies. For all details on Village Regulations and Ordinances, please contact the POA:

• Pets shall be under the control of the owner at all times• Exterior residential or commercial property must be maintained;
clean, safe and sanitary• Unreasonably loud and disturbing noises are prohibited • Unattended vehicles are prohibited from parking on road surface right-
of-ways• Boats, Trailers and RVs may only be parked on a residential property
for 72 hours• Fireworks are prohibited• Open burning is prohibited and Arkansas burn bans restrictions apply• Do not litter – it is a criminal offense• Door-to-door solicitation is prohibited• In-Home Business is prohibited unless approved by the ACC• Hunting with firearms or archery equipment is prohibited (unless part
of an organization urban hunt)• Garbage must be stored in securely covered trash containers in
carports or garages, and placed out on trash day for pick up; rodent harborage is prohibited
• All federal, state, and local laws apply on Hot Springs Village lakes. It is your responsibility to know the law. Fishing licenses and boat decals are required and can be purchased from the POA or one of the marinas
• Building permits are required for interior or exterior construction including fences, houses, walls, and/or other structures inside HSV
