GENERAL INFORMATIONWith 29 standard colours, the well -known aluminium composite materials ALUCOBOND® and ALUCORE® open up a wide colour range, that leave nothing to be desired in the manifold application areas. The fluorocarbon (i. e. PVDF) coating is applied to the aluminium coil prior to lamination into a composite panel, using a continuous coil coating process which is based on the latest technology. The multiple layers are individually stoved at temperatures of between 200 – 260 °C. The quality of the coating is tested according to standards established by E.C.C.A. (European Coil Coating Association) of which 3A Composites GmbH is a member. Fluorocarbon (i. e. PVDF) coating systems combine good formability and excellent surface durability. They are extremely resistant against weathering, strong solar radiation and pollution attack. The col-our reproduction in this chart is subject to printing limitations. For exact colour matching, request for actual colour samples. Due to different production processes being applied for ALUCOBOND®, ALUCOBOND® A2, ALUCOBOND® plus and ALUCORE®, slight colour variations may occur between different products. If colour consistency is required do not mix different products.

ONLY FOR METALLIC COLOURSTo avoid possible reflection differences, it is recommended to install the panels in the same direction as marked on the protective peel-off-foil. Colour variations may occur between panels originating from different production batches. To ensure colour consistency, the total requirement for a project must be placed in one order.

ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONMit 29 Standardfarben erschließen die bewährten Aluminiumverbundplatten ALUCOBOND® und ALUCORE® ein Farbspektrum, das in den vielfältigen Anwendungsbereichen keine Gestaltungswünsche offen lässt. Auch individuelle Sonderfarben sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Mit modernster Coil-Coating-Technologie werden die Aluminium-Deckbleche vor der eigentlichen Verbundfertigung in einem kontinuierlichen Lackierprozess mit einer Fluorpolymer-Lackierung (z. B. PVDF) versehen. Das Einbrennen der einzelnen Lackschichten erfolgt bei Temperaturen zwischen 200 – 260 °C. Die Qualität dieser hochwertigen Lackierung wird gemäß den Prüfvor-schriften der E.C.C.A. (European Coil Coating Association) geprüft, bei der die 3A Composites GmbH Mitglied ist. Fluorpolymer-Lackierungen (z. B. PVDF) gewährleisten dank guter Verformbarkeit eine hervorragende Beständigkeit der Oberflächen. Sie sind extrem widerstandsfähig gegen Witterungseinflüsse, starke Sonneneinstrahlung und Verschmutzungen. Die Wiedergabe der Farben in dieser Karte entspricht den drucktechnischen Möglichkeiten. Um eine exakte Farbabstimmung sicherzustellen, fordern Sie bitte Original-Farbmuster an. In Abhängig keit von den spezifischen Produktionsprozessen, die bei ALUCOBOND®, ALUCOBOND® A2, ALUCOBOND® plus und ALUCORE® Anwendung finden, kann es zu geringfügigen Farbab weichungen zwischen den einzelnen Produkten kommen. Sollte bei einem Projekt Farbübereinstimmung gefordert sein, empfiehlt es sich, die verschiedenen Produkte nicht zu mischen.

NUR FÜR METALLISCHE FARBENUm Reflektionsunterschiede zu vermeiden, müssen die Verbundplatten in der selben Richtung montiert werden, wie sie durch Richtungspfeile auf der Schutzfolie angegeben sind. Bei der Verwendung von Platten aus unterschiedlichen Produktionseinheiten kann es zu Farbabweichungen kommen. Zur Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Farbtons sollte deshalb der Gesamtbedarf für ein Projekt in einer Bestellung erfolgen.

The different appearance of colour and gloss under various

light conditions and viewing angles gives these surfaces a vivid

impression and brings them to life. The gloss of metallic colours

is between 25 – 40 % according to Gardner Scale.

No matter whether a soft white or a vibrant red is selected, solid

colours are always a good choice when a uniform appearance

without special effects is required. The gloss of solid colours is

between 25 – 40 % according to Gardner Scale.
