Founded by Gregory Heinze in 1983, Shelburne Development wasconceived to be much more than a building company. We are a small yethighly motivated team of professionals skilled at translating dreams intoreality. Our size allows us to efficiently construct quality homes forinvolved clients. From assistance with site selection, home design,construction and interior appointments through the completed project,our team is there every step of the way.

Shelburne’s team is comprised of several key people. Greg Heinze takes the lead role in guiding the design and cost controls, and conductsfrequent job site visits. He and designer Stan Scrutton, AIBD, have worked together for more than 26 years, and possess a synergy that feeds
off a client’s ideas and needs. Jeff Heinze and Brett Groves are our field superintendents, overseeing the construction phases. Dawn Parisskillfully manages our office and accounting, while Ken Ohlman administers our warranty service.
