Sher.ly i local cloud for teams. It's like Dropbox for teams working directly on your hard drive: create a group (folder), invite members and start sharing your content securely. Cloud services charge for space occupied by your data - one you have on your drive you paid for already. Why pay twice? Sher.ly works without any uploads. You invite particular people to access particular folder on your hard drive. What if computer goes to sleep or offline?
