Overview

• Kigong = Energy Exercise

• Build up your Ki (Qi, Vital Energy) and let it flow.

Principles

• Narrow stance, feet parallel.

• Breathe into your Hara (belly), not your chest.

• Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth.

• Inhale coming up, exhale going down.

• Feel the energy rise, then fall.

• Two ways to close, one flowing and one storing.

• “Shake it out,” and walk around when finished.
