TITLE: “Assessment of Health Related Quality Of Life In Type- 2 Diabetes: The Association Of Complications With EQ-5D Scores” Under the guidance of DR. SRI DEVI, Md. Pharmacology, HOD of pharmacology department at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Kadapa.

Duration: 8 months (2015) at RIMS, Kadapa

Description: In this project we are assessed the individuals with diabetes, by associating complications with eq-5d scores, it was found that the strongest determinants of reduced HRQL were stroke, Neuropathy followed by Myocardial infarction and impaired vision. Lifestyle modifications like weight loss, regular physical activity and smoking cessation may reduce complications in diabetic patients.

CURRENT PROFILE:

Presently I had completed my regular pharm D (Doctor of pharmacy) along with the one year internship programme at Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences, Kadapa.

Monitoring for desired therapeutic outcomes both by patient medication chart review and interview. Identifying the adverse drug reactions, drug related problems, medication errors, prescription analysis and also ensuring safe medication administration.
