Functional as Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition and managing a team of 2 HR Assistants for Recruitment
Responsible for End to End recruitments for all levels PAN India. Expertise in entire recruitment life-cycle from obtaining the job opening, researching the opening, sourcing the candidate, prescreening, technical interviews, feedback, negotiations, issuing offer letters, Initiate background checks for the offered candidates and closing the position.
