Bulleted text “standard” style slide Pre-formatted placeholders are set into the master for editable text. Text can be black, blue or cyan (blue, RGB 16/61/130, Cyan RGB 0/146/209) Tips: Use tab key or ”Decrease List Level”-button for Second – Fith level bullets. New Slide For New Slide (page) click on arrow in the “New Slide”-button on “Home tab”. Choose Slide Layout (11 different layouts). Tips: Change Slide Layout with the “Layout”-button on “Home Tab”. Classification and logo For Classification, Click on Button on DeLaval ribbon, to update or change. You are also prompted to select classification when you are saving the presentation. This classification also ensures that the DeLaval logo always is in right place. You don´t need to do anything with the logo – just click on Classification button or save presentation. Header and Footers Placeholders for headers and footers are inserted into the master. To edit or delete, select “Insert”-tab and click on “Footer & Header”-button. They enable you to identify: Date / time reference Slide (page) number A copyright symbol, DeLaval endorsement and year. A unique presentation reference name/job number. Colors See third slide
