30 Years of SoftWalk Comfort

Welcome to the SS15 look book from Shoebridge, brand agent and footwear consultant. We specialise in European comfort footwear for both men and women, working with leading manufacturers in Spain, Portugal and Italy.

Over the last couple of months our creative agency and brand development team have been working hard to refresh the SoftWalk imagery and we’re thrilled with the results.

There’s a very clear proposition around Handcrafted Comfort, styling which appeals to the target consumer market and new POS merchandise to add value in-store. Online the brand has launched a new trade website, www.softwalkshoes.co.uk where you can see the entire range plus we’ve spent time talking to the customer base to really understand their needs.

In developing the range for SS15 we’ve taken some of the key insights and applied them to the 30 years of design experience to create an outstanding collection. Using premium leathers, soft nubuck and hard wearing soles, you’ll see traditional influence and contemporary styling in each shoe. In particular the SoftWalk Capital range of shoes for the city are perfect for a long day in the office with many built in features to ensure feet stay fresh. SoftWalk’s Atlantic range are perfect for a day by the lake or for time by the coast with bright leathers and deep insoles.

Our designers have many new styles to show plus we’ve also refreshed many of the existing styles in our collection. The new season for NewDress is inspired by the rich turquoise waves of the Mediterranean sea and vibrant orange and yellows of the Spanish sunshine. NewDress is now available in the UK and Ireland and we think they’ve really got to grips with needs of the consumer by providing a range of shoes and sandals that offer improved ergonomics, flexibility and comfort in every style.

Suave remains as popular as ever and we’re certain that SS15 will prove to be one of the most successful seasons ever with a new line sandals which are styled to go from workday to weekend casual. The Fiji collection includes anatomically designed footbeds, soft uppers and have a look that is very much on trend, with simple lines and solus colour. Suave’s customised production techique and attention to detail mean that once customers try the natural comfort of Suave they don’t want to go back to anything else. The Suave brand continues to grow with new markets including Japan, Russia and Australia.

Talking of expanding, we’ve recently opened a new showroom in Manchester to serve customers in the North of England and Scotland meaning it’s even easier to see the full UK collection of each brand and many other styles we’re developing for private label clients. We take great care to style our brands to complement each sector of the comfort market and we work with a special group of manufacturers who place as much emphasis on the quality, service to the retailer and creative design as we do.

For independent and smaller retailers, we are able to offer an instock service for Suave and SoftWalk shoes through our UK distributor Railtons. Large accounts are available on a made to order basis directly through Shoebridge. NewDress is available

only on a made to order basis through Shoebridge with minimum order conditions. Shoebridge also sources shoes, boots, slippers and sandals for private label accounts in the UK and Ireland.
