• HISAAB IS FOR THOSE WHO CAN’T BUY TOO COSTLY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARES OR WHO CAN’T HANDLE LARGE SOFTWARES .
• HISAAB BY THR IS SO EASY TO USE THAT ANYONE WHO KNOWS A LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTER CAN USE IT.

WHAT IT CAN DO FOR YOU
• It can print invoices of your customers by just entering the customer’s id which is generated automatically each time you enter new customer.
• It keeps record of your products which have been sold and which are available in your shop or store.

But for your convenience ,the tutorial explains how you can enter product information and run it. The example is an oil change shop.
IT’S SO EASY ,just buy and start using in your shop
Copy the access application from purchased cd and paste it on desktop or any partition of hard disks on your computer as you like and double click on it to run.
THE VERY FIRST STEP
Click on open
Step: 1-The first step is to add information about all the products in your shop to your product list as you may have hundreds of products . You can add as many as you wish.
Fill the cells including id for your product. ID is some short or abbreviation for your product .For example to see go to slide no.11 or click here
When you purchase or receive any product from anywhere or from any company add information like its price, quantity etc. you already have names of these products and their codes (id) in your database.
Just write code or abbreviation it will complete necessary information for you and you will write its quantity, price or date etc.
By clicking on Preview and Print stocks you can see list of all products in your database which are available in your store of / or shop.
You can click on maximize button to maximize print preview. Then press Crl-P to print the stock summary statement.
To close the window just click on the close button on the right upper corner of the window.
Click on Customers Main Form to go to main page where you can enter customer’s details including sale item.
Now add customer’s relevant information and go on filling the cells..
To go to next cell , just push tab button on your keyboard .
Click on print icon and enter customer’s id number which is automated number in the first cell of this page. Invoice of your last customer will be printed automatically.
Now you can click on close button to close the main form.
To close the application , just click on the Exit Work button.
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET IT
• It’s Price @ Rs. 5500.• Your shop’s LOGO. And one Photo . But these
are optional .These will be part of the design. Logo will be printed on the invoice.
• Your shop’s address and email, phone no. to be printed on invoices and to make its look as your own property.
• The most important type of your shop so that you are sent accordingly.
YOU NEED TO JUST SEND US THE FOLLOWING,
EMAIL US:
Your complete address , phone number and other information like your shop’s name and logo , and /or photo.
TO
You will then sent all details on the email address provided by you or you may also be sent text msg.
