Short Guide on Editing E-mail Signatures & E-invite
Promote your participation at GITEX Future Stars with our branded email signature! This guide explains how to edit the HTML file so you can include your Pod number and Sector on the show floor within the signature.
HTML E-Mail Signature Guide
STEP 1
STEP 2
There are two files within the zipfolder, one is a JPEG of the emailbanner and the other is the HTMLfile, Open the JPEG first, the openthe HTML file, which will appear inyour default browser as per thescreenshot on the right.
Push CTRL+A to highlight thebanner and text. Then CTRL+C orright click and press copy.
Open your email client (this guide uses
Outlook for purposes of
demonstration). Clock ‘New Email’,
then ‘Signatures’ as shown on the
screenshot on the right.

Click on 'New' on the window thatpops up and create a name for thesignature. Then on the 'Editsignature' window, press CTRL+V orright click and select paste to pastethe GFS Email Signature.
Edit the call to action with your Startup
Sector and Pod number then click 'Ok‘
and that’s it!

E-Invite Guide
STEP 1
STEP 2
Thereare two files within the zipfolder, one is the E-Invite BannerJPEG and the other is an E-InviteWord Document. Save both thesefiles on your desktop.
Open your email client (this guideuses Outlook for purposes ofdemonstration). Click 'New Email',Click ‘Insert’ ‘Pictures’ as shown onthe left. Then select the E-invitebanner from your desktop and click‘Insert’
Once image is inserted, resize it
accordingly
STEP 3
Open the E-Invite word documentas shown on the left and pushCTRL+A to highlight text. ThenCTRL+C or right click and presscopy.
STEP 4
Once copied, go back to your emailand push CTRL+V below the E-invite banner to paste the text(show on the left).
Edit the parts highlighted in yellowas per your requirements.
And you are ready to send yourpersonalized E-Invite!
