Tender Notice No: MM/OT/42/ATSealed Tenders in two-bid system (Techno-Commercial and Price bid) are invited from reputed EventManagement Agencies, who could provide outdoor food supplies/catering/Tent house services/ erection ofstalls of different sizes/lighting arrangement/supply of sound system/genset / advertisement & publicity,Printing & Stationery, Videography and Hiring of Vehicles etc. for One Day Event on 22nd January 2016(Friday) at DLW Ground, VARANASI. Details are available in Tender Document which may be downloadedfrom the Corporation’s website i.e. www.alimco.in (follow the link provided for Tenders) and the same maybe submitted along with the tender cost of Rs. 1000/- by way of Demand Draft/ Banker’s cheque in favourof ALIMCO, Kanpur at The Office of the Collector & District Magistrate, Rifle Club, Varanasi. The last dateof submission of Tender is 14.01.2016 till 14.00 hours.
