B&D Cable Protection SystemCCO-X X = LengthOn busy sites, machinery is always travelling over cables. This shortens the life of the cables and can be hazardous to the heavy vehicles that need to cross them. We created an effective solution, the B&D Cable Protection System.

Cable ClampCC-CL-XXXXXX = Diameter of cableCable Clamps are used wherever a cable grip is needed. This cable clamp is made of rubber with steel bars for reinforcing – the only thing that touches the cable is the rubber. In addition, this cable clamp works in both directions.
Note: The bolts are notched to mark how far to tighten the nuts. Once they are tight, you break off the bolt so there is nothing sticking out to catch on other objects.
Power Cable Lifting BasketCC-4100Mining operations that employ electric shovels to move large amounts of material need to reposition the shovel every so often, either to move to a new location or just to make a set over. To do this, the shovel’s power cable needs to be moved so the shovel does not run over the cable.This is the only “rubber” power cable lifting basket available on the market today.

Tower O-ringO-RING-28, O-RING-XXXX = Diameter of O-RingThese O-rings are a new concept in power cable suspension. With safety being the motivation for the design, they work by simply using the power cable’s weight to secure the cable to the actual O-ring. Two positive locking systems ensure that the cable will not come off the O-rings. A total of 3 pins are used and each pin is secured to the O-ring with a cable lanyard to keep from losing the pins. Each O-ring has a solar powered light for night time illumination.We can custom design O-rings to your cable size.Note: Each pin is easy to remove and replace while wearing hot gloves.
