Corporate visitors are expected to bring the invitation passes with them at the time of entry to the conference & exhibition. Anyone without the corporate invitation passes will not be allowed to enter Health Asia 2005.

Parking:

The parking for the corporate/general visitors will be at Bara Dari (next to hotel) and Commerce college ground area.

Main Information Desk and Help Desks:

Main information desk is situated at the lobby of Pearl Continental Hotel at both the entrances Karachi. The staff at the main information desk would be assisting you with any information you may need at the conference & exhibition.

Prayers Area:

Large prayers area is situated at Pearl Continental Mosque.Smoking:

Smoking is strictly not allowed with in the premises of Exhibition at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi.

Hospitality Suites:

The hospitality Suite is situated next to Taipan Restaurant at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi. The senior executive of the exhibiting companies may use the Hospitality Suites for the MOU’s Signage’s.

Press & Media Center:

Press & Media Center, situated at the Emerald Room and is the focal point for disseminating information about the happenings of the event of allover the world.

Business Center:

Secretarial and business services are available for the exhibitors and a business visitor is situated adjacent to Banquet office. The Business Center at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi is equipped with facilities for Printing, Photocopy, Telephone Internet and Fax. Charges have to be paid for these services.

Emergency:

In case of any emergency, you may contact the staff at the Main information Desk or Hotel management directly for assistance.

Medical & First Aid:

First Aid treatment can be obtained from the Hotel Management directly.

Fire Precautions:

The exhibition & Conferences halls are equipped with fire extinguishers and fire hoses.

Lost and Found Counter:

Lost and Found Counter is formed at the Main information Desk in the Lobby.

Canvassing and Publicity:

Distributions of all types of sales and promotional material, in any form, outside the confines of exhibition stands is strictly prohibited and in any such case, the right of expulsion will at once be exercised.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse admis-sion to the Conference & Exhibition without assigning any reason. They also reserve the right to order the expulsion of any person whose conduct, in their opinion, renders such a course of action appropriate. Lighting fire, smoking, carrying harmful articles or creating disturbance in confer-ence or exhibition halls is strictly disallowed. Appropriate sound volume should be maintained.
