Pre-launch activities

Step 1: Identify the pages you would like to create: Which brands, business units, and/or initiatives require their own page presence and

audience on LinkedIn? Do you have the internal resources to send compelling updates on a regular basis for

this page? Step 2: Identify the page creator and page admins and who will maintain the page and post content.  Step 3: Prepare all materials from the creative checklist.

Day of launch activities

Step 4: Create your Showcase Page(s) through the parent Company Page and assign admins

Step 5: Begin posting updates (organic and Sponsored) (at least 2 per week)

Determine your full Company Page ecosystem strategy 1.     How does your content calendar change now that you have a parent company page and multiple Showcase Pages?

2.     How will you measure the success of parent Company Page and Showcase Pages? Do the metrics differ? Who will review these metrics?

3.    What type of content would be relevant for your parent Company Page vs. your Showcase Pages? Determine your follower acquisition strategy

1. Post updates on the parent Company Page to encourage traffic to the Showcase Page. This could include content that’s relevant to your Showcase Page.

2. Place an inFollow button on blogs and sites relevant to your Showcase Page.

3. Purchase Follower Ads to encourage target audiences to follow your page.

4. Send Sponsored Updates to reach your full target audience with content.

How to set up a Showcase Page

1 Click “Create a Showcase Page” from the parent Company Page. Must be a Company Page admin

Enter the page name and assign Showcase Page admins (must be a 1st degree connection to the creator) and click “Create”. Company Page admins can stop and this point and let Showcase page admins sign in and finish setting up the page

3 Enter Showcase Page content and click “Publish”
