Testsforenclosuresandshower/steampanelsshallbeconductedoncompleteshower/steampanelorenclosureassemblies,unlessotherwisespecifiedinthetestprocedure.

Theloadtestforcompleteenclosuresshallbeconductedasfollows:(a) Installthetestspecimeninaccordancewiththemanufacturersinstallationinstructions.(b) Applyahorizontalforceof66722N(1505lbf)toeachareawhereafittingcouldbe
gripped.Note:Whenthetestspecimendoesnothavefactorysuppliedfittings,usesupplyfittingsthatcomplywithASMEA112.18.1/CSAB125.1forconductingthetest.
