What we do!• Our basic services are

Contract Shredding• Periodic collections –
weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc
• Usually on an agreed day of the week/date
• Secure lockable consoles usually provided for Client
• Our staff empty and shred contents at site

Off-site Shredding
• For small quantities• We supply logo bags• Collection in sign
written van• Contains about 25Kgs• Can collect in
customers own archive boxes if required

Archive Purges• Some customers
prefer an occasional, or annual on-site shred
• Documents may be in archive boxes, bags, bins, or on shelves
• We do not dispose of the containers unless this service is agreed beforehand

Spot the Contract Client!
• Contract Shredding• Minimum of one console on site, plastic
ones 70L or 18Kg, wood ones 144L or 25Kg approx
• Minimum monthly collection• Can supply as many consoles as needed• Only for white office paper type wastes• If they currently have consoles they will be
visible around their offices

What do we cost?
• You do not need to cost the job but some idea of costs will help
• Purge• We charge only for
the time spent on site• Cost £TBC hour, no
hidden costs or excess minutes!
• Contract Collections• The first console costs
£TBC per visit to collect and shred on-site, then an extra £TBC for each extra console
• We can collect other non-confidential white office paper at the same time FOC as long as its clean and not mixed

Operating area• We can provide
purges across the SE provided quantities viable
• Contract Shredding more local, minimum one console or a specific number sacks/boxes
• Off-site shredding for small amounts

states every Co should have its own process for destruction of secure material.
• We shred 50% finer • No 3rd third-party
involvement in the process – we do it all ourselves (just to be absolutely sure).
• All staff are ten-year CRB checked, uniformed and fully identifiable operatives carrying ID.
