This authorization has been issued under Chapter 5 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014 and carries an export obligation tophysical exports to GCA Countries and realize the export proceeds in freely convertible curency and is subject to theas laid down in Chapter 5 of the Foreign Trade Policy and Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) 2009-2014. Deemed exports asunder Para 8.2(a), (b),(d),(f),(g)and (i)of Foreign Trade Policy shall also be counted towards tulfillment of export

The Export Obligation shall be fulfilled by the use of theCapital Goods.Authorization holder is also required to maintain its average of the past three years export performance of the same and similarmentioned in Para 2 above. The annual average of the past export performance is Rs. 0.00 .

Authorization holder may also discharge export obligation indicated in Para 2 above by way of direct export/through third partysuch cases name of the Exporter,name of EPCG authorisation holder, date and number of EPCG authorisation shouldbe indicated in Shipping Bills.If EPCG Authorisation Holder is Merchant Exporter, the name of the Supporting Manufacturer shall also be indicated in theIlills.Import of Capital Goods under this authorisation shall be subject to actual user condition.. Authorisation holder shall submit statement of export within three months from the expiry of block year duly certified by aand concerned Bank to the Regional authority. He shall also submit yearly performance of export to the R.A.30th April ofevery year.The CG is to be installed at the following address :

The Authorization holder shall have to fulfill export obligation as per Para 5.5 of FTP read with Para5"7 of the Handbook ofocedure (Vol.l) 2009-2014.10. This Authorization will be operative as per the Provisions of Foreign Trade Policy and Handbook of Procedures (Vol.l) 2009-any other law/provision for the time being in force.1. The Authorization holder shall execute Bank Guarantee /LUT (as the case may be) to Custom Authority before clearance offirst consignment as per Custorn Circular No. 5812004 dated 31.10.2004 as amended from time to time.12. This Authorisation shall only be utilised in accordance with the permission of Foreign Trade Policy QA09-2014) and theNotification No. (103/2009 Dated : I 1.09.2009) as amended from time to time.3. The authorization holder shall submit installation certificate to Regional Authority within six months from the date ofof imports against the subject authorization.3(a) In case of import of Spares, the installation certificate shall be submitted by the Authorization Holder within a period ofyears from the date of import (Para 5.3. I of HBP, 2009-1 4).3(b) At the time of final redemption of export obligation, the Authorization Hoider shall submit a Certificate from lndependentconfirming the use of Spares, tools, spare refractories and catalyst, so intported, in the installed capital goods on
