Terms & Conditions of Business :

(1) This price list cancels our all previous price list.

(2) Price are subject to change without any previous notice.

(3) Once goods sold will not be taken back or replaced under any circumstances.

(4) Supply period of material would be 3-4 days from the date of order receipt/confirm.

(5) Packing charges are extra for wooden boxes minimum Rs. 300/- each.

(6) We are not responsible for any losses or any breakages during transportation.

(7) We do not allow any credit facility, payment must be in advance or documents through Nationalized Bank only.

(8) In the case of replacement / Re-freshment, all the transportation charges will be paid by dealer, and all the charges of short received parts will be debited to dealer’s account.

(9) If payment is not received within 30 days from the date of bill interest @ 24% p.a. will be charged after 30 days from date of bill.

(10) If bank document does not retired within 45 days from the date of bill, same will be recalled thereafter immediately and materials will be re-booked all expenses in this regard shall be debited to dealer’s / distributor’s account and shall be deducted from dealer’s / distributor’s deposit / advance.

(11) ST/CST or any other Taxes charged extra as applicable.

(12) Price are Ex-Factory F.O.R. Rajkot. (Guj.)

(13) All disputers are subject to RAJKOT Jurisdiction only.

Dealers / Distributors are realized to select proper model in order to get best results at site, for that they must take into consideration the following points :

w Position of voltage at site. if single phase then stability of neutral.w Starter conditions and proper relay tripping.w Maximum lower level of water in the well.w Real requirements of water as per customer need.w Whether there is problem of sand in borewell / openwell.w Whether the quality and size of delivery pipes are proper or not.w Actual irrigation area of land.

The level of head and discharge given in the Performance / Price list are according to the ideal conditions during testing. Practically the head and discharge may be less than given in the performance due to following reasons.

If the frequency (HZ) is less than 50 i.e. if ti is 48, 49 then the speed decreases by 60 R.P.M. at loss of 1 freq.

Result obtained is less due to less voltages.

If the delivery pipe found smaller & rough then pipe loss may occurs which result in reduction of discharge.
