Shubhankar , joined NIIT in March 2014.He completed the retail course. Coming from a modest family, he always wanted to get a good job so that he can help his parents financially.

He is the youngest child in his family. His father runs a shop and mother is a housewife.

His consistent performance in academics and his high ambitions helped him to get admission in NIIT.

After getting good marks in 10th and 12th he wanted to join professional course that can help him to join a reputed job. He was weak in computers and speaking English but now he speaks English well and able to operate computer skillfully.Currently he is working in Burger King.

When asked that what drives him the most, he replied that his family is the biggest source of motivation for him to work hard. His dreams are high and he knows now how to achieve them.

He wants to utilize his knowledge and join a respectful job, he also wants to help other students who are not able to fulfill their dreams due to any reason. This course has provided him new competencies that he can use to acquire a good job and a good life for him as well as for his family.
