Sidbury CE Primary School - Breakfast Club Questionnaire

Dear Parents

We have been asked by some parents to set up a breakfast club to provide safe play and

childcare for children before school. The club would run from 8.00am to 8.30am. There would be a

small charge for the service, in the region of £3 per child. This would cover the cost of two

members of staff (the legal requirement), breakfast supplies and various activities.

Before we can do this, we need to know how many parents would take advantage of this service.

To enable this service to run efficiently we would ask that if you use the club you would need to

commit to a minimum number of sessions (5) over each half term. This would be paid in advance

and be non-refundable. You would be able to add extra sessions if and when needed.
