• “Requirements” concern the rules relating to transmission performance, design and installation rules, certification testing, and applying for SCS warranty, i.e. those rules that are necessary to comply with to provide a high quality, reliable product such as Signamax Cabling System tothe end user.
• Failure or violation of one of the requirements, which are part of the Signamax Cabling System, can be the grounds for denial to provide the Signamax Cabling System warranty or, if the violation is discovered after the warranty has been issued, for termination of the warranty service and agreement.

warranty for the cabling system installed shall be
obtained.

• Conditions are the requirements the effect of which can be limited by some unavoidable objective circumstances. In all cases when the condition can be implemented, it takes on the requirement status.
