To help informa city-wid e Natural Resources Inventory b eing prepared b y the City of Kingston Conservation Ad visoryCouncil (CAC), in 2012 and 2013 Hud sonia id entified hab itats in the two other parts of the city wheresub stantial hab itat areas rem ain. Both the initial training p rogram and Hud sonia’s ad d itional work werecarried out in p artnership with the Hud son River Estuary Program .Hab itats were id entified through m ap analysis and aerial p hotograp h interpretation, and as m any locationsas practicab le were field -verified .
