Silhouette and Contour lines
Contour lines are the outline of any object; often these images look like silhouettes or “chalk outlines” of an object
Silhouette Artists/ CAMEOS• Before photography people would trace their
outlines in PROFILE to keep as mememtoes
Contour lines are OUTLINES
You do not see the eyes, face or clothing. It is simply an outline!
1.Pick an animal, person in a position, or buildings
you would like to draw.
2.Find a good quality image of this object.
3.Create an outline of the picture to create a
silhouette.
4.Get Mrs. Rimko to check your drawing
5.Get black paper and cut both the white drawing
and black paper at the same time.
6.Glue onto your marble paper.
