How to proceed
It is important to let us know what you think to the proposed design and submitted quote provided. Once we have made any amends and you are happy with the design we will require a written order from you confirming you intent to proceed.
We will then issue our no fuss contract to you along with our order confirmation covering all rentals, purchasing, labour and design fees if applicable. We are proud to provide all costs broken down for you to see as we feel it is important that our transparent costing shows there are no hidden charges or fees.
Show day
If you opt for our “Walk On “ Option the stand will be constructed on site by our experienced installers built to the specification on our submitted design concept. This will allow you to simply arrive on show day for us to hand the stand across to you. At the end of the show you can simply leave at your convienience knowing that we will arrive to dismantle the stand as soon as it is possible.
If you opted for a self fit then we will ship all required equipment to you in good time with the relevant plans to assist your build of the stand. We will provide you after hours support number in order for you to contact us with any problems or questions.
Show Support
Once terms have been agreed on an Impact system, we will take responsibility of the stand here forward.
We will liaise directly with the organisers and provide them with the required documentation including – plans, Health & Safety submissions and orders, thus leaving you with more time to concentrate on how you will be utilising your stand.
We have over 30 years experience in the exhibition trade and understand that you may not be used to dealing with the relevant tasks involved when organising an exhibition stand – this is the difference when dealing with Marsden Direct Group as we will provide the support required leaving you more time to concentrate on your own business and getting your products ready for the show.
Future shows
As our Impact system is designed with the idea of utilising its modular construction along with your graphics time and time again. When required, simply contact us directly, provide us with your stand information and we will provide the same support as for your 1st show. Please Note: The Impact System can work stand alone within a space only option so you will be able to make a saving from booking a shell scheme.
