Los Angeles, City of Denim:

Los Angeles has evolved into the central hub of the denim industry. The city breeds vendors capable of creating top technologies including wash variations, design techniques, and fabrications. With over 12 years in the industry, I am able to bring a myriad of contacts and tightly knit relationship to the Silver community.

From there, I will create collections properly emulating Silver’s brand image and target customer, all at the target price point. With years in the industry I have become well versed in creating pieces at the desired price point of Silver’s desired consumer base.

My inspiration varies per collection. Whether it be researching fashion forward magazines such as Vogue and W, to keeping in line with trade publications such as WWD, I use my surroundings and forecasted trends to create a cohesive seasonal collection to result in a high level of sales and net growth. Simultaneously, I am constantly mindful of how products will be merchandised and presented as a representation of the brand in the retail space. NATURAL WEAR AND TEAR.

ADD EMBELLISHMENTS TO WASHES FOR A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA.

TREND FORECASTINGINTRODUCE COST CONSCIOUS, TREND FORWARD PEICES INTO THE COLLECTION USING

DIFFERENT WASH TECHNIQUES AND TEXTURE.

INTRODUCE PRINTS TO SILVER DENIM FOR THE FASHION DRIVEN CONSUMER. PRINTS CAN FROM NEW FABRICS AND/OR ADVANCE

WASH TECHNIQUES.

REDEVELOP THE BASICS PROGRAM WITH SIMPLE WASHES RANGING FROM LIGHT TO DARK AND WITHIN THE PRICE POINT.

Fit is much like design in the respect it should continuously modify with time. To gain the consumer’s awareness towards the pivotal nature of finding the perfect fit, I would simplify the presentation. By creating streamline imagery, the consumer can easily identity what fit would best satisfy their needs.
