Wednesday 26th June Meals: D Arrive into London and transfer to Knightsbridge and The Rembrandt Hotel where accommodation has been reserved for Two nights on a bed and breakfast basis. This evening enjoy Welcome Drinks and Dinner at the hotel. Sir Colin Giltrap will be our Guest of Honour for the evening. Thursday 27th June Meals: B This morning join your coach and guide for a ½ Day guided tour of London finishing up at the London Eye where a flight has been organised on your behalf. Depart London by coach for Northamptonshire and the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit. Day-1: 2013 Silverstone Formula 1 British Grand Prix, 3-Day Abbey Grandstand Tickets reserved. At the conclusion of Day 1 transfer to Stratford-upon-Avon where accommodation and daily breakfast has been reserved for Five nights at The Arden Hotel. Saturday 29th June Meals: B

This morning travel to Donington Park where a 1-hour guided tour has been arranged to showcase the Donington Grand Prix Collection including free time to further view the collection. Re-join the coach for Coventry and the Coventry Transport Museum, which houses the World’s largest collection of road transport. An introductory talk will be given on arrival. Tuesday 2nd July Meals: B

Depart for Gaydon and a visit to the Heritage Motor Centre including a guided tour. Next stop Prodrive, this tour is highly regarded as one of the best in motorsport. See behind the scenes, including how they engineer and assemble the new MINI World Rally Cars and the Aston Martin racing cars. Finish the day in Leighton Buzzard at Mark Webbers’ pub, The Stag Inn Mentmore where you’ll have dinner and an ale or two (own expense). Wednesday 3rd July Meals: B Travel to Castle Bromwich for a 2-hour tour of the Jaguar Factory. Transfer to Birmingham Airport or London Heathrow for your flight to Stuttgart, Germany. For those travelling on the Silverstone/Goodwood 2-event option you will be transferred back to Central London. Your own/alternative arrangements will apply until Monday 08 July when you re-join the remainder of the group at The Rembrandt Hotel, London.

Itinerary – Nurburgring - Germany

Wednesday 3rd July Arrive by coach to Birmingham Airport or London Heathrow and check-in for your flight to Stuttgart. On arrival at Stuttgart Airport proceed through immigration to the arrivals hall. You will be met on arrival and transferred to Esslingen, where accommodation has been reserved for Two nights on a bed and breakfast basis at the Best Western Premier Consul Park Hotel.

Thursday 4th July Meals: B Transfer to Stuttgart Zuffenhausen and the Porsche Factory for a guided tour of the museum and manufacturing plant. At the conclusion of the tour you will be transferred back to Esslingen.

Friday 5th July Meals: B

Transfer by coach to the Nurburgring circuit for the German 2013 Formula 1 Grand Prix. Journey time for travel from Esslingen to Nurburgring is approximately 3 ½-4 hours. Day-1: 2013 German Formula 1 Grand Prix includes a 3-Day T4 Grandstand Ticket & return transfers. At the conclusion of today’s racing you will be transferred to Bad Neuenahr and the Giffels Goldener Anker Hotel, where accommodation has been reserved for Three nights on a bed and breakfast basis.

Monday 8th July

On arrival into London Heathrow you will be transferred to The Rembrandt Hotel, London where you will join up with the Silverstone/Goodwood 2 event participants. Overnight accommodation has been reserved at The Rembrandt Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.

Tuesday 9th July Meals: B

Transfer to Brooklands Motor Museum, the home of British Motorsport where a 2-hour guided tour of the museum has been arranged. Travel on to Bath one of the UK’s most beautiful and stylish cities, and a UNESCO ‘World Heritage Site’. Accommodation and daily breakfast has been reserved for Two nights at The Bath Priory Hotel Restaurant & Spa.

Wednesday 10th July Meals: B Transfer to Yeovil and the Haynes Motor Museum for a 1-hour guided tour with Deputy Curator Mike Piper. On return the remainder of the day is free to explore Bath at your own leisure. Thursday 11th July

Tour Departure Our exclusive tours are based on 30 passengers travelling. The full three event itinerary commences on Wednesday 26 June 2013 in London and concludes in London Monday 15 July 2013. In the event that numbers are less than expected, it may be necessary to adjust pricing accordingly.

Cancellations & Refunds All cancellations must be advised in writing. In most instances arrangements are non-refundable; however HCB will use its best endeavours to obtain the best possible outcome. Deposits & Payment To secure a place on this tour, HCB requires an initial deposit of $2,000.00 per person based on land itinerary with a further $2,000.00 per person required no later than Friday 15 March 2013. Final payment is due no later than Friday 19 April 2013. All prices are based on payment by cash, cheque or internet banking. International Airfares from New Zealand to London return are additional and not included in the land package price.
