Conclusions• New simulation facilitators, not only in nursing
but in other health programs around the world, are uniting to become facilitators and educators in Sim-labs.
• Designing these scenarios can break the ice, give confidence, reduce fear and awaken attitudes using the same methods of facilitation provided to the actors in simulation

Conclusions• Likewise, to integrate work teams, they must comply
with the common goal. If the laboratory is working on an innovation project, the profiles will not be the same, if you are thinking or moulage.
• Multidisciplinary research or be a training center in simulation. Create high performance teams depending on the institution´s needs and must improve in the context of the overall lab objectives.
