This will 'tag' that word and onceyour blog is pinged to Technorati your blog will be placed under the category of that word. Whensomeone searches a word that you have tagged your blog will show up.

You will definitely see results by social bookmarking. It is very simple and all it requires is a littletime. All you simply have to do is notify them of your post :O that sounds so hard.
