• Design and development of comprehensive process flow diagrams, description documents, process templates, user guides and training collaterals for all 18 EPMO processes

• Data migration of 1000+ projects from legacy EPM System to new and a more robust EPM System

• Transitioning of 500+ projects to the new ways-of-working

• Development of comprehensive reports and dashboards that are capable of providing dynamic view of the projects across the organization for senior management

• Extensive usage of organization change management tools to cover a vast audience of 1200 stakeholders including senior leaders, account managers, project managers, team members, and other key stakeholders

• Training of 400+ stakeholders on new processes and tools using over 25+ video recordings, 50+ User Guides, and over 60+ classroom and webinar sessions

• Setting up of a Training Academy to elevate the customer’s program managers from their current program management maturity level 1 to level 4
