Life-Tracking
Life can become so overwhelming at times. There are so many different things in
life we have to keep up with, we become overwhelmed and we dont function
consciously anymore. We begin to move through life in such a robotic state of
mind. And thats never a fulfilling way to experience your life. This tends to be
why we so often seek clarity in our daily lives, to give us some greater feeling of
control, meaning and awareness.
Applying any form of life-tracking tools is one way to make life a bit more
manageable. These tools are great fortracking such elements in your daily
existence, and making informed decisionsabout your time, health and other
factors. It helps you can make positive changes in your life.
The Key to life-tracking is keeping it simpleand having a snap shot of all areas in
our life in one place. This worksheet will allow you to do that.
The worksheet is created to have you look at each area in your life and
question your actions in relation to its time effectiveness. Is your time really
being put to good use?
This is can be challenging, but also the most necessary. You should ask
yourself Am I happy with all this?And to follow up by looking at how well
youre doing with managing everything. Be honestthis is your life weretalking about.
When youre ready to address these importance areas in your life, make time
for yourself, and this time with yourself takes precedence over others. This will
be the chance for you to be still and truly focus.

Relationship Clarity
Gaining clarity within our relationships is an important process we should all
commit to doing, before and during a relationship. Once youve gone through
the process you will be able to make decisions from a clearer perspective and
have more confidence to create and sustain healthy relationships.
This is a heads-up:
The relationship section will have a bit more detailed questions, because you have to address
questions about yourself first then the relationship.
I believe that finding good relationships means first giving good love to
ourselves. And I believe that when we give good love to ourselves, we will not
settle for less than a righteous and fulfilling relationship. Its like a circle. As you
