This electric water heater, designed to enhance its energy efficiency characteristics, is suitable in particular for domestic users, where energy savings are required. It is the ideal solution in situations where electrical power supplies have a limited cost. Nevertheless, the special technological features and double insulation characteristics of this model, available in several versions (from 56 to 100 litres, also in a thermo version), ensure efficiencies significantly higher than similar products available on the market with the same characteristics of power. The attentive preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods guarantee the perfect application of protective phenolic epoxy resin finishes inside the tank, which are then polymerized at high temperatures. BSEGOLD brings domestic users all the necessary comfort and safety, thanks to a bipolar safety thermostat and a protection rating against water splashes of IPX4. The thermo version is also pre-fitted for a temperature probe. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples.

It is the ideal solution in situations where electrical power supplies have a limited cost. Nevertheless, the special technological features and double insulation characteristics of this model, available in several versions (from 56 to 100 litres), ensure efficiencies significantly higher than similar products available on the market with the same characteristics of power. BSETRONIC is equipped with IQuaFlex technology, which intuitively manages energy resources based on user preferences. Over the first two weeks of use, this thermostat records all the moments of greatest use of hot water. Subsequently, taking this consumption to be typical of the user's needs, this system automatically heats water at the moment of effective use, regulating water temperature and obtaining significant energy savings. The thermostat is also fitted with an automatic anti-legionella and anti-freezing device. A digital display mounted externally allows all functions to be monitored and controlled. BSEBD brings domestic users all the necessary comfort and safety thanks to a bipolar safety thermostat. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples. The attentive preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods guarantee the perfect application of protective phenolic epoxy resin finishes inside the tank, which are then polymerized at high temperatures.

This electric water heater, designed to give long-lasting service, is suitable for prevalently commercial users. It is the ideal solution in situations where electrical power supplies have a limited cost. Nevertheless, the special technological features and insulation characteristics of this model, available in several versions (from 200 to 1000 litres, and also in a thermo version), ensure efficiencies significantly higher than similar products available on the market with the same characteristics of power. The attentive preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods guarantee the perfect application of protective resin finishes (vitreous enamel on versions up to 500 litres, and galvanization on radiator versions and for 800-litre and 1000-litre models), inside the tank. Electrical fittings consist in single-phase electrical heating elements of excellent quality and appropriate length and power, positioned to guarantee optimal operation, energy savings and the complete heating of all water in the tank. Suitably connected, these heating elements can operate with single-phase 220 V power, or with triple-phase 220 V or 380 V power, coordinated by a bipolar safety thermostat. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples.

BL WOOD WATER HEATER

This water heater with zero costs for gas or electricity bills is designed for domestic users wishing to reduce their energy costs for the production of hot water. This model therefore offers characteristics of sustainability, a factor of primary importance for Boschetti. Easy installation, practical operation and safety are also guaranteed in the BLE version (with an electrical heating element to ensure the hot water supply if wood is not available) and the BLET version (where in addition to the electrical heating element, secondary heat sources can also be used). With a combustion chamber with a refractory lining and insulation in high-density glass wool, this water heater is able to generate a hot water supply suitable for the needs of entire families. The tank is finished in vitreous enamel on BL 115/150 and BLE 115/150 versions, and galvanized for 80-litre and BLET 115/150 versions. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples. All models have the grate stove-enamelled at 830°C, guaranteeing shininess and resistance to impacts, scratches and heat.

The advantages of the BGM/CSTF model, available in two versions (from 75 to 115 litres, see chart below), include the attentive preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods, which guarantee the perfect application of protective resin finishes (vitreous enamel). Designed from the outset with a coaxial discharge, combustion fumes are expelled from the top by a fan, combined with an air intake with a specific connector on the heater. BGM/BI STORAGE MULTIGAS WATER HEATER STAND ON INDUSTRIAL

This multigas model (pre-fitted for use with both LPG and methane) has been designed exclusively for use in industrial installations. With its ample combustion chamber (from 22 to 26 flues), a larger heat exchange surface and the use of internal insulation in spaces usually neglected in the products of competitors, this water heater is able to generate an outstanding internal distribution of heat. BGM/BI brings multiple users and industrial buildings a water heating efficiency up to two times higher than that of other products on the market that declare the same characteristics of power. This means significant savings in fuel use and a beneficial reduction in the formation of limescale inside the heater. The burner is made in stainless steel, to guarantee maximum efficiency and safety over time. The special non-return hood, which stops the appliance in case of the abnormal extraction of fumes, is made in aluminium, and also reduces the formation of condensation inside the combustion chamber. The BGM/BI model is available in several versions (from 800 to 2000 litres, and also with thermo version). The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples.

This multigas water heater (pre-fitted for use with both LPG and methane) is designed for industrial users, apartment blocks, communities and homes with multiple services. With its ample sealed combustion chamber (from 6 to 10 flues), a larger heat exchange surface and the use of internal insulation in spaces usually neglected in the products of competitors, this water heater is able to generate an outstanding internal distribution of heat. BGM/CS brings businesses, apartment blocks and large communities a water heating efficiency of 87%, a value higher than that of other products on the market that declare the same characteristics of power. This means significant savings in fuel use and a beneficial reduction in the formation of limescale inside the heater. The burner is made in stainless steel, to guarantee maximum efficiency and safety over time. Designed from the outset with a double discharge, combustion fumes are expelled from the top by a fan, and the air intake at the bottom has a specific connector on the heater. In addition, the sealed combustion chamber eliminates the "chimney effect", which is the circulation of cold air through the outlet flue for fumes when the burner is turned off. Specific kits are available for conversion into a coaxial version. The heater is equipped with an electronic control unit, an electric gas valve and electronic ignition. The advantages of the BGM/CS model, available in several versions (from 200 to 590 litres, and also with thermo version), include the attentive preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods, which guarantee the perfect application of protective resin finishes (vitreous enamel). The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples.

BSMPC WALL HANG HEAT PUMP WATER HEATER

This heat pump water heater is designed to exploit the heat of the air as an energy source for the heating of water. In this specific case, it allows much of the heat in the surrounding space to be recovered, thereby becoming an energy source for the production of hot water. Air is compressed inside the machine, where the greater pressure increases its temperature to values that can reach 90°C. In the condenser, made in a double layer of copper to ensure higher efficiency, this heat energy is transferred to the water, which can be heated up to about 60°C. When it passes through the expansion valve at the end of the cycle, the fluid returns to a state of low pressure, and is ready to start the thermodynamic cycle again. BSMPC is the wall-hung water heater that suits well to different applications, maintaining high range functionality. The advantages of this system, which is both ecological and economic, include easy operation, silent operation and low maintenance requirements. It has top performances for what concerns energy savings so that it is labelled with A+ class according to Erp classification which will become effective in 2017.

The heat pump product range is designed to answer the needs of small, medium and big utilities, adapting to different living environments where the water heater can be installed. BSMPC is the water heater for indoor installation that recovers heat from air with positive temperatures from 4°C to 43°C. During the summer, the fresh air produced by the device can be used to create a pleasant heat reduction inside the installation room while during the winter the outlet air can be ducted outside.

INSTALLATION

The heat pump product range is designed to answer the needs of small, medium and big utilities, adapting to different living environments where the water heater can be installed. BSBPC series is perfect for the technical room where converges with other systems for the utilization of renewable energy sources: solar thermal, photovoltaic, biomass or geothermal. This range is composed by different models according to the installation requirements of the thermal system. The standard models (A series) work with positive air taken and then released inside (or outside, depending on the season). L series models (for cold areas) instead take the heat from air with either positive or negative temperature and can therefore be installed with single or double duct.

REMOTE CONNECTIONS

The water heater is configured to be connected to other remote systems, especially the photovoltaic and solar thermal systems. The user interface has two digital inputs that can control the heat pump functioning in order to optimize the performance of the solar thermal system and use the electric energy overproduction of the photovoltaic system to produce DHW even without any demand from the water circuit. In this case it is possible to transform electrical energy into thermal energy raising the water temperature up to the value set by the user (70°C default temperature). The S and ST models are provided with one or two additional coils that allow the connection to other thermal sources, such as the boiler or a geothermal source to maximize the connectivity of the thermal system and to allow a better energy management.


EXAMPLES OF REMOTE CONNECTIONS

Example of connection between a photovoltaic panel and a BSBPC water heater. The inverter manages the electrical energy flow that feeds the water heater.

Example of connection between a solar collector and a BSBPC water heater. The heat transferred by the sun heats the water inside the tank through the additional coil of the S and ST versions.

Integration between an hybrid panel PV-T (photovoltaic and thermal) and a BSBPC water heater. The control electronics manages the electrical and thermal flows between panel and water heater. Solution available for models S and ST.

Integration composed by a solar thermal collector, a heat generator (gas or biomass) and a BSBPC water heater with ST version.



BUTPC HEAT PUMP TREATMENT UNIT

This heat pump treatment unit is designed to exploit the heat of the air as an energy source for the heating of water. In this specific case, it allows much of the heat in the surrounding space to be recovered, thereby becoming an energy source for the production of hot water. Air is compressed inside the machine, where the greater pressure increases its temperature to values that can reach 90°C. In the condenser, made in a double layer of copper to ensure higher efficiency, this heat energy is transferred to the water, which can be heated up to about 60°C. When it passes through the expansion valve at the end of the cycle, the fluid returns to a state of low pressure, and is ready to start the thermodynamic cycle again. BUTPC is the innovate unit to be combined with an external water storage for the renewal of the sanitary water heater, ideal for renovation projects. It is equipped with two temperature probes to be installed into the remote water storage. Furthermore, the electronic control of BUTPC is programmed to drive a circulation pump and an heating element (both external, not included). The advantages of this system, which is both ecological and economic, include easy operation, silent operation and low maintenance requirements.

This horizontal boiler has an internal cavity that transfers the thermal energy of the hot water provided by external sources, like a heating appliance or solar panels, to the water in the main tank, making extra supplies of hot water available. Available in seven versions (from 80 to 500 litres), this model has a variety of applications ranging from domestic to commercial applications. The advantages of the BDPO3R model include the large heat exchange surface of the cavity, which surrounds more than two-thirds of the hot water tank. The attentive preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods guarantee the perfect application of protective resin finishes (polymerized at high temperatures), enhancing the quality of the final product. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples.

BSSMV VERTICAL BOILER WITH HIGH POWER WELDED COIL (FOR HEAT PUMP)

This vertical boiler with a welded heat exchanger has an internal coil that transfers the thermal energy of the hot water provided by external sources, like a heating appliance, solar panels or a heat pump, to the water in the tank, making extra supplies of hot water available. Available in four versions (from 200 to 500 litres), this model can provide the ideal solution for the hot water needs of a high number of users. The advantages of BSSMV include its high efficiency, the result of the vertical position of the tank. In comparison to the horizontal position, the vertical position gives in fact a more concentrated stratification of heat, and therefore a greater conservation of thermal energy. One of the important technological components is the coil, made with a special oval cross-section to increase turbulence and ensure high-efficiency heat exchange. The vast area of its heat-exchange surface makes it possible to produce large quantities of water even at low temperatures. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples. The scrupulous preparation of materials and exclusive assembly methods guarantee the perfect application of vitreous enamel finishes, enhancing the quality of the final product.

SPUSV FLOOR STANDING VERTICAL TANK (WITH COIL) “PUFFER"

This tank is designed to supply a reserve of heating water to support secondary sources, such as appliances fired with gas, oil or wood, kitchen ranges, fireplaces and other sources of secondary energy. The tank is fitted with a fixed welded-coil heat exchanger for the use of water from solar panels. Available in several versions (from 300 to 2000 litres), this model is guaranteed for operating pressures of 3 bar. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is rough-finished internally and treated externally with rust-resistant paint.

4 For models up to 500 litres, insulation consists in rigid polyurethane foam, free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), gases responsible for the depletion of the ozone layer, and amongst the causes of the "greenhouse effect". For the models from 800 to 2000 litres, insulation is in soft thick polyurethane (100 mm), finished externally in Skay pvc cover

SAR TANK FOR COOLED AND HOT WATER

This tank is designed to provide a reserve of cooled water to support secondary sources, such as an air-conditioning system, but it can also be used to store hot water for sanitary purposes. The tank, made in thick sheet metal, is tested on all products and not just on a limited number of samples. Exclusive pressing and assembly methods and attentive preliminary treatments of all our tanks ensure that galvanization is carried out accurately.
