• Singaporean students face high stress levels because of the demands and expectations to do well in school and the national exams.

• Working adults may sometimes faces long hours of work hindering them from enjoying work-life balance.

• The inflation experienced by the Singapore economy has increased the cost of living in Singapore making people’s purchasing power to fall.

• Wastage of personal time, which can be spend on resting, family time and leisure.

• Cause frustration and irritation while waiting for the traffic jam to clear.• Furthermore, harmful gases are produced by the car. • Contributes to global warming and acid rain when harmful gases are

released in the air.• Results in a decrease of happiness level.

o Singapore is well known for its clean and green environment and have a name of ‘The greenest city on Earth’.

o Lesser chance where people staying here will fall sick. o With such good environments, adults like to visit parks to relax themselves and spend time with their

families. Activities include joggings, picnics and light games etc. o Speeding time with family improves the bonding in the family, resulting in lesser family problems. o Relaxing themselves after a long and tiring week will increase their efficiency during work when the

week starts again as they are satisfied and stress-free when the week ends. o All this increases the happiness level in Singapore.
