• The forum is made up of the Quality Assurance Managers from each of the research divisions/research companies, together with the Group Quality Assurance Manager. The Group QA Manager chairs the forum.
• The forum shall ensure that the internal management system is appropriate, effective, user-friendly and that it complies with relevant standards.
• The forum shall assist towards achieving best practice throughout the Group by means of experience transfer and the enhancement of skills and expertise.
• We have monthly meetings.
