We are getting ready for the December Holi-
day Luncheon on December 10. Tickets will go
on sale at the October Luncheon and will be
priced the same as last year- $18 for one and $35 for
couples. There will be musical entertainment and door
prizes, so get your tickets now and be sure to invite your
special lady!
Remember to bring a guest to lunch. We are always
looking for more men to enjoy our branch luncheons and
activities.
There are some of you who are not responding to your
luncheon reminder calls. Please remember that the callers
must report the number of people to attend by the Sun-
day before the luncheon, so that the caterer can prepare
the proper number of meals. If you did not receive a call,
you can call Bob Reilly at 916-988-1040 and let him know.
Big Sir - Fred Jacobs

Sirs branch 112 has been sponsoring party bridge for
all Sirs members and there significant others for
years. We have four or five members from our branch
that attend, along with their wives on a regular basis. We
meet on the third Wednesday of each month at Coco's,
Sunrise and Madison, starting at 9 AM. We break for
lunch and then continue playing until about 2 PM.
This is not serious bridge; it's more about having fun.
You don't have to be an expert to join us (were all still
learning). Come alone or bring a friend, or bring your
wife, or stay home and send your wife! Don't laugh, sev-
eral wives do attend alone. If you are interested please
call me. Art Sutter 967-4604
