In this form fill your company details. On onecomputer only one vendor can enterquotation using this software.

Fields marked with � are mandatory on thisform.

After completing the form click on Save &Close button

In case you do not want to save changesclick Close without Save button

Tick the tender group for which you wantto quote items. You can choose only oneTender Group.


Manufacture MasterManufacture Master

Click to view list of all manufacturers

To add manufacturer name, type it in the textboxand click save button

• In the master table option click on Manufacturer(s) button

• Add list of all manufacturers that you deals in

• While quoting, you will be asked to select the manufacturer a gainst each item

You can be modify a manufacturer by doubleclicking on it

Click close button to return to Master TableMenu

To apply a filter and see only selectedmanufacturers, enter a few characters in thetextbox and click filter to view matchingmanufactures


Supplier / Authorized Distributor MasterSupplier / Authorized Distributor Master

Click to view list of all suppliers

To add supplier name, type it in the textbox andclick save button

• In the master table option click on Suppliers(s) button

• Add all your suppliers / authorized distributors that will su pply items

• While quoting, you will be asked to select the supplier / auth orized distributor against each item

You can be modify a supplier by double clickingon it


To apply a filter and see only selected supplier,enter a few characters in the textbox and clickfilter to view matching suppliers

Enter QuotationEnter Quotation

To quote an item you need to fill data in following 3 screens:

• Screen 1 of 3 – Choose Item/Brand you want to quote on this screen• Screen 2 of 3 – Specify Cost , MRP, HSN Code and other respective details of item you are quoting on this screen• Screen 3 of 3 – Verify and Save details of item you are quoting on this screen


• To quote an item select tender group and then search item you w ant to quote

In case the item yourequire is not available

After selecting an item,click next to continue

Enter few characters in the item name textbox orselect group or subgroup and click ‘Show matchingitems’ to view related items.

In this list select an item you want to quote and clickon “Next” button available on top-right corner.

Note : In case, anitem being quotedcomes in differentsizes/ FR/ gauge,quote it for allvariantsseparately alongwith theirspecification, costprice and MRP.


• Specify Manufacturer, Supplier, HSN Code, Packing, Cost an d MRP of item you are quoting


Click back buttonfor screen 1 of 3 After specifying the

Manufacturer, Supplier,Specification, packing,HSN Code, Cost,Discount, Tax, MRP, FOCand Remarks, click nextbutton to continue

• Verify the details you had entered in previous screens and sa ve


When you are sure thatthe information you haveentered is correct, clickon save button.

Click to Export all quoted items as a web page.Use this option ONLY if you are not able to printusing print button. Note: Do not submit thisHTML file in CD

Click to delete selected item. Record oncedeleted cannot be retrieved. Do NOT delete anyitem after printing/exporting final Price Bid

Click to edit selected item. Do NOT edit anyitem after printing/exporting final Price Bid

The items provided in the TenderSoftware are based on the currentprocurement of SGRH. You can quoteequivalent and additional items /brandsalso. To add equivalent or newitems/brands to the Tender Software,click “Item / Brand Master” button.
