Jesus said “Do this in memory of me.” We are asked to respond in love and service

to the community. We open our hearts to the needs of all humanity, so that sharing their grief and anguish, their joy and

hope, we may faithfully advance together on the way to your kingdom.

The other sacraments give us grace, The Holy Eucharist gives us grace and the Author of all grace, Jesus, God and Man. It is the center of all else the Church has and does.

The Eucharist is recorded in three of the four Gospels.

Eucharist nourishes us. We often feel a profound hunger to unite ourselves with the Source of all love who nourishes us and forms us into one body.

Spend time in prayer with the scriptures. Ask the Holy Spirit to be with you in your

classes. What strikes you as important in the lesson. Model prayer for your students. Share your ideas with your students in

others. Our thoughts are worth sharing.

Oh No!!! Both concepts call for the transfer of

learning. Teach students that what they learn in one

academic area, they may also use it in another.

For example . . .

Taught in reading Think about the Eucharist, were there any

hints of the Eucharist prior to the Last Supper?

Think about God giving Moses and the Israelites bread in the desert – Manna from heaven.

Think about Jesus Feeding 5000.
