From the President’s desk……

Dear SITAA Members, Teachers, Students and other viewers of SITAA voice,

Let me first convey my Hearty Greetings for the NEW YEAR 2018 with prayers to Lord

Almighty that let every coming years be brighter than each preceding year.

I want to share with you that the year 2017 ended with a very encouraging note. 6 alumni

belonging to 1981 batch of Civil Branch visited SIT on the 27th December. They shared their

nostalgic memories of the alma mater. Their respect to the past principals, namely (Late)

G.Sundaram and (Late) ANC, Sirs was really contagious. They have big plans for expression

of Gratitude to the Almamatar and their teachers. I wish, more and more alumni join the

fraternity of SITAA and continue their contributions to SIT and SITAA.

On the same day GS-ANC MEF scholarships were distributed to 6 students of First Year. It

was gratifying to note that 4 of them clocked 100% attendance in First Semester and the

remaining two lost 100% attendance by just a day of absence. I wish all students who join

SIT, take the best of the facilities to shape themselves as promising professionals and

leaders in their chosen profession.

Dr.S.Sudharssanam

President, SITAA
