Our purpose built anti-vandal unit offers the functionality, comfort and space needed for your workforce by day and with its all steel construction including anti-jemmy shutters on all windows and high security locks on the doors it provides a fully secure theft resistant unit by night.

This unit can be supplied in a variety of layout/combinations and can be split into 2 to 3 different sections depending on size. We have a wide range of tailored units to meet your requirements and all furniture and fittings are provided.

Produced to the highest standards our secure anti-vandal welfare units have all the facilities needed to get you up and running when there are no services or drainage on site. Providing a quality and spacious work environment with a full canteen big enough for 6 people, a toilet and drying room, all under one roof.

Using a 12.5kVa Super Silenced Kubota generator, these units can continuously provide heating and lighting for up to 125 hours. Our welfare units are all completely self contained so once we’ve delivered your unit, your ready to go!

Toilet Unit

Our robust anti-vandal toilet unit has been developed for comfort and ease of use. Quick and easy to connect, with flushing W.C’s and hand washing facilities including hot water. Coming in either a 2+1 or 3+1 configuration with cubicles, urinals and sinks.

As standard all units come with water heaters, lighting and heating.These units also have the benefit of being designed for either mains drainage or they can be fitted with an effluent tank and W.C. steps if required.

All deliveries and collections are undertaken safely by highly trained HIAB operatives with years of experience. This means we will not leave until we have made sure your unit is totally level and you are 100% happy with your site setup.

A premium will be charged on top of the normal hire rate which will be clearly itemised on your hire contract and invoice.

HAE HireGuard Customer Summary of Cover

Property hired out under HAE terms and conditions and Insured under HAEHireGuard is covered for:-

• Loss at any situation in the United Kingdom including whilst intransit between such situations other than by sea and air.• A Limit of liability up to £50,000 in any one occurrence no single article limit• Full replacement value for property less than 24 months old.

• Policy Excess• Continuing hire charges and consequential losses.• Recovery costs when accidently immobilized• Loss or damage whilst in a vehicle unless:-

a) All doors are locked and windows/openings are securelyfastened whilst unattended.

b) Property is securely mounted or fixed to the vehicle or kept ina suitable container whilst in transit

• Loss or damage to cutting edges (other than diamond cutting wheels)tools, trailing cables or fixing pipes other than when loss or damage results from the loss of the complete item or items of propertyinsured.

We are an Appointed Representative of The Insurance Partnership Services Limited via its trading arm HAE Insurance Services, which is authorised and regulaed by the Financial Services Authority. Our aim to provide a first class service, however if you wish to register a complaint, please contact the Insurance Partnership Services Limited.

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)? We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends of the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advice and arrangement is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit.

8. Demands & Needs Statement (Non-Advised) The HAEHireGuardpolicty is designed to meet the demands and needs of Plant & Equipment hirers who wish to insure on an ‘All Risks’ basis against their contractual liability, arising as a result of loss and damage, for the replacement cost of the equipment hired up to 2 years old, thereafter replacement less depreciation subject to the principal exclusions detailed above.

9. Treating Customers Fairly We treat clients as we ouselves would wish to be treated in a fair and supportive way with customer service at the cornerstone of our proposition.

• Loss or damage due to:- a) Cleaning and conduct of routine maintenance of the property. b) Breakdown or wear and tear. c) Treatment of foreign bodies. d) Willful act.

• Loss or damage due to fraud or dishonesty of employees.• Equipment not collected 48 hours after being off hired (exc. Sundays)• Loss or damage in Northern Ireland resulting from riot or civil commotion• Motor vehicles other than unlicensed or designed for use as a tool of trade.• Inventory losses.• Legal liability for injury to third parties or damage to their property.• Use of plant underground.• Loss by fraud or theft if security conditions and checks have not been complied with.• Any difference between the amount of any claim payment any sum payable under Hire Association Europe Terms and Conditions

1. The Financial Services Authority (FSA). The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. It requires us to give you this information. Use this information to decide if our services are right for you.

2. Whose products do we offer? We only offer a single insurance product. HAEHireGuard from Zurich Insurance Company, to cover hired equipment.

3. Which service will we provide you with? We will not offer any advice and you will need to make your own decision regarding the suitability of any policy of insurance purchased.

4. What will you have to pay for our services? We normally recieve a commission from the insurer with whom we place your business
