Job description – Rough in for hot, cold, tempered water services and fire protection services

Details

• Double storey, brick veneer external construction

• Slab on ground

• Concrete floor for first floor units

• Solid brick diving wall between units

• 9 living units – 3 x double bedroom with kitchenette, 6 x single bedroom (refer to plans)

• Manager residence (refer to plans)

• Rainwater tanks to service flush valves

• Sanitary flushing break tank to be installed in bell tower of building

• Heated water service to comply with AS/NZS 3500.4

• Gas water heater/s to comply with AS 5601 and Rheem Hot Water manual

• Fire brigade available to attend site

Materials

• All water services to be in copper

• All taps to be aerated

• 2 x 2270 L rainwater tanks (PlumbFauce to supply)

• Sanitary flushing break tank

• 2 x external fire hose reels – installation to comply with BCA and AS 2441 (PlumbFauce to supply)

• 3 x external fire hydrants – installation to comply with BCA and AS 2419.1 (PlumbFauce to supply)

• 1 x quad booster assembly

• PlumbFauce to supply adequate Rheem water heater units

• Other bathroom and kitchen fixtures to be supplied by owners
