Capacitor forming done for all power blocks and verified the DC link voltage built up status. (v) Drive stationary & turning measurement done. Started the drive and ran upto full speed (1450 rpm) and verified the motor operation. Found ok. Drive complete operation verified through LCI and found ok. Values recorded through trace function. (i) Received new rectifier power block and drive internal spares material inspection done (ii) Visual & physical inspection done on faulty drive. Cold test done for all power blocks and found ok * Work Done at Site: (iv) Simulation test done for the complete drive and found ok.
