IntroductionSix Sigma is an advance Quality Improvement Program gaining world-wide credibility as one of the most extensive and effective performance improvement methodology for manufacturing and service sectors.

PIQC is pleased to offer one day training course on “Six Sigma Yellow Belt”. The main objective of this course is to know the basic concepts of Six Sigma Quality Improvement Strategy and understand the underlying concepts of Six Sigma Methodology. The course provides an introduction to process management and the basic Six Sigma tools, enabling the participants to integrate Six Sigma methodologies for the improvement of production and transactional systems, to meet customer expectations and bottom-line objectives of their organization.
