8 Blue Half Square Triangle Border: Join 33 Blue HST. Make 2. Sew to the sides of the Star Center. Join 33 Blue HST and 2–2½ Cream squares See diagram. Make 2. Sew to the top and bottom of the Star Center.

9 Sew the 8–2½"x WOF Binding strips together. Layer, quilt and bind. ENJOY!
