FIT TIP: A child 18 months to 2 1/2 years old will need to be fitted for new shoes every 3 months. Ages 2 1/2 to 4, should be fitted every 4 months. FIT TIP: From ages 4 to 6 years old, the growth rate slows down and 6 at you should get a fitting twice a year. Allow room for feet to grow by changing the shoes and socks every few months to accommodate your child’s natural growth process through the years. Inches 9 8 7 FIT TIP: After your child’s foot has grown past 9 inches or a size 5, they will fit adult size shoes.
