HELLO everyone andwelcome to the JournalGang page.
We start this week bysaying “well done” to thegirls at Leaden Hall Schoolfor their fantasticfundraising efforts.
They held a Red CrossAwareness Day whichraised more than £150 forthe charity.
In return for a donationthe girls wore redaccessories with theiruniform, and the schoolgrounds were full of girlswearing long red socks,beautiful necklaces andhair tied up in ribbons.
They also had a cakesale and really enjoyedsupporting the Red Cross.
Thanks for sending inthis great picture and I’mglad you had such a goodday.
This week we are findingout about a drummingworkshop that was held atPitton Preschool, and youcould also win Bananas inPyjamas colouring sets

Stellar jobin helpingout charity
GROOVY BEATCHILDREN at Pitton Pre-Schoolenjoyed a drumming workshoprun by a professional musician.Oscar Whatmore went to theschool with his drums and
percussion instruments to talkto the youngsters about music.
They then had the chance totry out the instruments and puton a concert at the end of the
morning.Mr Whatmore said: “I was
really impressed with thechildren, it was great funmaking some noise.”

GANG WINNERTHE winner of the RealFairy Story Competitionwas Malachy Stephenswho got the right answer,which was MrsButtersnap.
Malachy won a familyticket to see the show atSalisbury Arts Centre.
