still responsible for selling tickets as the raffle is a part of our operational budget. For safety purposes,

(A) Re-enrollment (If you already re-enrolled, then you already earned 5 service hours for next year.)
• Re-enrollment - $150 early registration discount extended to May 28th
o 1 hour per child – re-enroll for the 2020-2021 school year between now and May 28th
o 1 hour – complete the 2020-2021 Hope for the Future application between now and May 28th
(B) Share our spectacular school! • 1 hour per each testimonial share – Write a positive comment and share our “SJS – The Best News Ever”
video on our St. James the Apostle Facebook page with a Facebook group (limit - 5 hours) For link, please

Each family is responsible for 20 hours and must document them on FACTS SIS (RenWeb).
Just follow the below instructions:
1. Login to you FACTS SIS
(RenWeb) account with your
username and password. Our District
Code is: SJM-TX.
2. Click on “Family” on the
main page.
3. On the “Family” page, you will
see a dropdown option with names for
each parent and child in your family.
Click on the name of the individual
who volunteered time.
4. You will see tabs for “Contact Info” & “Service Hours”. Click on “Add” near “Service
Hours”.
5. Select the appropriate category for
description box. If you do not see an
accurate description of your
contribution, you may select “Other
Donation or Service” and add a
description in the “Note” section.
6. Remember to enter the number of
hours you served and SAVE your
entry.

Announcement
On Monday, May 11, at 2 p.m., the 1942 SNJ
“Ole’ Yeller” soared over the San Antonio area
for a two-hour flight with Archbishop Gustavo
García-Siller, MSpS who blessed the people of
the community. With 30 scheduled locations
for a flyover at 1,000 feet, church bells rang at
many parishes, as Archbishop Gustavo prayed
for the archdiocese during this
pandemic. Before the flight, Archbishop
announced the re-opening date of parishes for
public Masses.
